MEMBERS of a towing company filed a complaint against an assistant city prosecutor who allegedly threatened to shoot them over a traffic incident last Monday evening.
Juper Romero, Gerald Boyo, and Leonardo Sarveda of One Stop Towing went to the Fuente Police Station to complain against the action of Assistant City Prosecutor Dixon Fuentes.
They said they were roving along Aznar Road, Urgello Street, when they spotted an illegally parked Toyota Corolla owned by Fuentes.
When they tried to tow the vehicle, Fuentes allegedly appeared and told them:
?Put down my vehicle. Don't you know me? I will shoot you,? the complainants said in Cebuano.
They said Fuentes appeared to be drunk when the incident happened.
Cebu Daily News tried but failed to reach Fuentes through the cellphone.
The incident was blottered with the Fuente Police.
