STARTING noon of Saturday, the length of Osmeña Boulevard from the Provincial Capitol to the intersection of P. del Rosario Street will be closed to vehicles.
Traffic will be rerouted for the parade of public school students from Cebu province called Sinulog sa Kabataan sa Lalawigan.
The parade ends in the late afternoon.
The Jan. 10 parade will start at the Provincial Capitol and end in the Cebu City Sports Center.
Jeepneys whose routes use Osmeña Boulevard will be diverted to adjacent roads.
Private motorists are advised to plan their routes ahead and avoid Osmeña Boulevard tomorrow, the kickoff parade for Sinulog 2009, and Saturday afternoon./Correspondent Jully Venus Cuizon
