THE body of a 21-year-old welder was found floating in the waters off barangay Dungo, Danao City, northern Cebu on Saturday morning.
Police said the fatality, Sonny Durano of barangay Binaliw, Danao, was identified by his mother, Anecia, 63.
Police are looking into the possibility that there was a foul play involved in the death of the man because of external injuries in his neck and face.
Police said the body will be autopsied to determine the cause of death. /CORRESPONDENT CHRIS A. LIGAN
