PO1 Gilbert Igot, the policeman who fired his gun during the Pacquiao-Cotto fight on Sunday, is facing administrative and criminal charges.
Police Supt. Paul Labra II said an administrative investigation will be made by the Cebu Provincial Police Office (CPPO).

Labra said they are looking into reports that Igot got irked when Cotto was defeated by Pacquiao and vented his frustration by firing his gun.
Other reports said Igot was drunk.

He was arrested and detained at the San Nicolas precinct after the indiscriminate firing.
