SIXTY-TWO rolled up marijuana sticks were confiscated from a 51 year-old suspected pusher who was arrested in a mountain barangay of Cebu City about 5:40 p.m. on Saturday.
Felipe Tundag , a resident of barangay Upper Bacayan,was arrested by a team from Talamban Police Station led by SPO1 Jose Rodulfo Ebale.
The suspect allegedly handed over 10 sticks of rolled marijuana to a policeman who acted as poseur buyer near his resident.
The team also recovered P100 in marked money from the suspect and P50 believed to be proceeds from the illegal trade.
SPO4 Samson Go of Talamban Police Station said Tundad was placed under surveillance after receiving reports from the members of Barangay Intelligence Network that he was in the illegal drugs trade.
A team of Investigation and Detective Management Branch headed by Chief Insp. George Ylanan, arrested six suspects allegedly caught in a pot session, at 10:05 p.m. on Saturday in barangay Kamagayan.
The arrested were Kit Alvarez, 19; Jorge Perez, 20; Dionisio Banao, 45; Wilson Suico, 24, all of Kamagayan; Jenel Dinega, 35 of Barangay Guba and Amadeo Carreon, 43 of Guadalupe.
The police also seized seven ampules of nubain, a regulated drugs and 7 disposable syringes./ Correspondent Chris A. Ligan.
