Police arrested a man who was found carrying marijuana sticks in barangay Basdiot, Moalboal town, southwest Cebu.
Police said that suspect Jhonifer Er-er, 30, was about to deliver marijuana sticks to his clients when he was arrested about 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Moalboal police led by Insp. Rolando Evalle went to the barangay to conduct an operation against illegal drugs.
Police spotted Er-er driving a motorcycle and flagged him down.
Er-er, however, ignored the policemen and drove off, said police.
Police chased Er-er and caught up with him when the motorcycle crashed.
Police then found 22 sticks of marijuana kept inside the tool box of Er-er's motorcycle.
