A FOREIGNER was found dead inside his office in Lapu-Lapu City Thursday morning, police reports said.
Reports from the Police Regional Office in Central Visayas identified the victim as Takatoshi Tezoka, 46, a resident of Tokyo. Tezoka was a master scuba diver trainer, police said.
Tezoka was found dead about 9 a.m. inside his office located at AMCO Plaza, Room 102, National Highway, in barangay Pajo by his trainee whom police identified only as Takahasi.
Based on Takahasi?s accounts, Tezoka was sitting on his chair in front of his computer and was breathing hard when he ?suddenly collapsed.? He was immediately brought to the Mactan Doctors Hospital for treatment but was declared dead on arrival, the reports said.
Police have ruled out foul play. INQUIRER
