A FOUR-STORY, 20-classroom building was turned over to the Lahug Elementary School in barangay Lahug, Cebu City last Feb. 14. The symbolic key to the building was given by Cebu City Vice Mayor Michael Rama to school principal Faith Misa.

The construction of the building, which costs P14 million, was charged to the Cebu City School Board Fund of the Cebu City government.

Present at the turnover ceremonies were Cebu City North District Rep. Raul Del Mar, his daughter Rachel Marguerite ?Cutie? Del Mar, Education Consultant Joy Young and representatives from the Department of Education and City Hall.
