TWO students from Silliman University are among this year?s delegates to the 12th Ayala Young Leaders Congress (AYLC) from Feb. 9 to 12 at the San Miguel Corporation-Management Training Center in Cavite.
Juniors Eunice Crsytal Dela Cruz (Nursing) and Jonathan Andro Tan (Physics) form part of the AYLC batch 2010 after they passed the selection process which involved a panel interview with executives of the Ayala Corp.
Only 80 were selected to comprise this year?s batch from the 150 shortlisted for the final interview. Over 600 students from 133 colleges around the country sent in their applications.
Dela Cruz is president of the Silliman University College of Nursing Alumni Association, while Tan is the speaker of the House of the Silliman University Student Government.
AYLC is a program handled by the Ayala Foundation Inc. that targets development of young servant-leaders for the country.
