THE Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) is seeking the assistance of the public in locating the parents and relatives of abandoned minors.
Steven Jhun Fernandez was left by his mother, Christina, to the care of Florame dela Calzada on Dec. 3, 2003 in barangay Poblacion, Compostela town, northern Cebu.
Mary Grace Bigal was left by his mother Lotis to a certain Nono on Sept. 8, 2007.
Kym Rodeun Sarol was left by his mother Margarita B. Cesista to the care of his father Rodrigo Sarol when he was two years old.
Jovito Manuel Avila was left by his unidentified mother on March 2, 2006 at the residence of Llena Ipong at 1139 Gil Tudtud Street, Mabolo, Cebu City.
The parents and relatives of the abandoned children are requested to see social workers Felicidad Auxtero, Loida Maquiling and Suchila Arong at the DSWD-7 office along M.J. Cuenco Avenue corner Gen. Maxilom Avenue, Cebu City with contact number 4167516 for the final placement of the minors.
