FOUR employees of the Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) recently received the Gantimpala Agad Award from the Civil Service Commission?s Mamamayan Muna Program.
The awardees were MCWD public relations officers Noemi S. Montecillo, Riza M. Retuya, Orli Lourdes G. Mercado and customer services assistant Delfin A. Bautista.
They were recognized for being the most commended employees of MCWD?s Mamamayan Muna Program with an excellent rating in the five aspects of quality and speed of service, pleasant attitude, grooming and cleanliness.
The awards were given recently as part of the 109th anniversary of CSC.
The CSC Gantimpala Agad Award aims to remind agencies of their duties and responsibilities as service providers and representatives of government. Last year, five MCWD cashiers also received the same award.
