A FORUM titled “Breaking the Code: A Forum on HR 1109, Its Challenges and Implications to the Filipino People” will be held today, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the conference hall of the University of the Philippines Visayas Cebu College in Lahug, Cebu City.
Gabriela Women’s partylist Rep. Liza Largoza-Maza, Integrated Bar of the Philippines Cebu Chapter Board Member Democrito Barcenas and Supak Cha-Cha lead convenor and national chairperson of Sanlakas Fr. Max Abalos, SVD, will discuss the effects, possibilities and impacts of the adoption of HR 1109 (Con-ass).
