The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) for the academic year 2009-2010 will be given by the Management Division of the University of the Philippines Visayas Cebu College on May 16.
The examination is a requirement for admission to the Master Management (MM) program.
A separate qualifying exam will be given for the applicants for the Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning (DURP) program.
The MM program is offered to managers and professionals as a graduate management education, envisioned to train the learners to make informed decisions and formulate strategic policies and programs to achieve individual and organizational goals.
The DURP program is designed to enable professional planners, including those in government service, to respond effectively to the steadily increasing demands of the urban planning profession.
Applicants to the GMAT must have a bachelor's degree from a university/college of recognized standing, at least two years relevant work experience and the required general weighted average grade.
