The Maribago Bluewater Beach Resort is inviting high school students from the different schools and universities in Metro Cebu to participate in its annual parol (lantern) design contest.
Interested applicants may send a creatively designed parol made out of native materials with a diameter of not more than 4 feet.
The parol entry must be submitted, together with the accomplished entry form, to the Marketing Department of Maribago Bluewater Beach Resort not later than November 29.
The winners will receive P5,000 cash for the first prize, P3,000 for the second prize and P2,000, third prize.
Consolation prizes will be at P1,000 each.
The schools of the contestants will automatically become one of the beneficiaries of Maribago Bluewater’s 20 Chosen Charitable Institutions for 2009.
