A team from Don Bosco Technology Center (DBTC) won the second elimination round of Metro Student Quiz 2008 - High School category, which was held last Saturday at the Metro Colon Activity Center.
The Don Bosco team edged out other contenders from the Immaculate Heart of Mary Academy, University of Cebu - Main campus and University of San Jose-Recoletos.
The third elimination round, to be participated by Salazar Institute of Technology, University of the Visayas - Main campus, Abellana National High School and St. Paul College Foundation, will be held this Saturday at 3 p.m. at the same venue.
The winning team will play for the grand finals against first round winner University of San Carlos - South campus and DBTC.
The Metro Student Quiz is supported by the Department of Education (DepEd) in Central Visayas, DepEd Mandaue City and DepEd Cebu Province.
