Bicol-Canada association to hold election

The Bicol Canada Community Association, Inc. will elect a new set of officers on Feb. 16.

Rafael Nebres, incumbent president, said members of the association came from Bicol, the Philippines’ Region 5, consisting of the provinces of Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Masbate, and Sorsogon.

Considered Bicolanos are not just those born in the region but also people who have a parent or parents or spouses from Bicol.
