German’s offenses get worse

CEBU CITY, Philippines—A German who had been arrested and charged with possession of an unlicensed gun has been arrested again after he failed to appear in court.
Police arrested Pater Mai Kimmer, 49, at past 3 p.m. on Wednesday in his apartment on D. Jakosalem Street in Barangay Cogon-Ramos.
Regional Trial Court Judge Lynna Adviento issued a warrant for Kimmer’s arrest after the German failed to appear in court for hearings on his illegal gun possession case. Chito Aragon, Inquirer Visayas
