Trudeau says Canada can now take the garbage back, but…

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says sending the 2,500 tonnes of garbage back to Canada is now “theoretically possible” even as he enumerates several issues still needing to be addressed before the dumping row is finally resolved.
