MANILA, Philippines—The story of  16-year-old Filipino-American teenager Justin Casquejo who outsmarted an inattentive security guard in the middle of the night and climbed to the spire of the  1 World Trade Center in New York and took selfies gained mixed reactions, even as most netizens lauded him for the daring act.
